Ensuring an adequate level of aviation security requires not only strict adherence to procedures but also systematic monitoring of their effectiveness. Every entity conducting aviation operations is therefore obligated to implement and carry out internal quality control, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 5 November 2020 on the National Quality Control Programme in the Field of Civil Aviation Security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to \u00a736 of the Regulation, each aviation entity must prepare an annual internal quality control schedule \u2013 no later than 31 December of each year for the following year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The schedule is based on a risk assessment, taking into account the type and scale of operations, number of locations, and other factors affecting the level of security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Throughout the calendar year, internal quality control includes verification through inspections or audits of all elements specified in Appendix I to Annex II of Regulation (EC) No 300\/2008 of 11 March 2008 on common rules in the field of civil aviation security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
