{"id":1724,"date":"2025-11-03T16:44:51","date_gmt":"2025-11-03T15:44:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/avsec.pl\/szkolenia\/szkolenie-osob-nadzorujacych\/"},"modified":"2026-02-12T09:50:37","modified_gmt":"2026-02-12T08:50:37","slug":"supervisors-training","status":"publish","type":"szkolenia","link":"https:\/\/avsec.pl\/en\/training\/supervisors-training\/","title":{"rendered":"Supervisors Training"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who is the training for?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This training is intended for persons seeking authorization to directly supervise staff applying security controls, as well as for those already directly supervising such staff, as referred to in \u00a7 15(5)(1) of the KPS \u2013 regardless of completion of training specifically dedicated to the persons they supervise.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"calaps-block\" id=\"calaps-block_d5bfd52204efa6130c0acd0744dc9c62\">\n    <div class=\"calaps-item\">\n        <button class=\"calaps-header\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"calaps-block_d5bfd52204efa6130c0acd0744dc9c62-content\">\n            <h2 class=\"calaps-title\">Training content<\/h2>\n            <span class=\"calaps-icon\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/span>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"calaps-content\" id=\"calaps-block_d5bfd52204efa6130c0acd0744dc9c62-content\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n            <div class=\"calaps-inner\">\n                <ol>\n<li>Knowledge of the relevant legal requirements and how they should be met.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of supervisory tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of internal quality control.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to respond appropriately to the detection of prohibited articles.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of emergency response procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to provide mentoring and on-the-job training and to motivate others.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of conflict management.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of security equipment or screening methods used.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of previous unlawful acts in civil aviation, terrorist acts, and current threats.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of aviation security objectives and organization, including duties and responsibilities of personnel applying security controls.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding the configuration of security checkpoints and the security screening process.<\/li>\n<li>Awareness of access control and relevant security procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of airport identification cards used at airports.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of reporting procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Practical information:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The training is conducted in the form of&nbsp;lectures.<strong> <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The training concludes with a&nbsp;theoretical test. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upon successful completion, participants receive a&nbsp;certificate of completion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why attend?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation in this training ensures that, as a supervisor of personnel applying security controls, you have up-to-date knowledge and the skills necessary to effectively manage staff and monitor compliance with security procedures.
