REGULATED AGENT – cooperation with the SPX road carriers

Avsec.pl is a regulated agent registered in the Europen Union’s base (KSDA) concerning a secure supply chain under the no. of PL/RA/00080-01.

A cooperation with the subjects transporting controled SPX air cargoes among airports in UE is the core business activity of the company.

After signing a declaration of the Haulier Declaration, Avsec.pl ensures to maintain the security status for air cargoes transported by land to the airports of the EU member states which gives a great competitive advantage for transport companies participating in a secure supply chain within the Road Feeder Service (RFS) service.

SPX Status – supervision over the personnel transporting identifiable air cargo

Due to entrying into force of new, more restrictive regulations in land transport of air cargoes in a secure supply chain, we elaborated a new service of the SPX status maintenance for the cargoes transported by our clients among the airports in UE.

After signing of a cooperation agreement concerning a secure supply chain we ensure a maintenance of the security status for air cargoes transported by land to the airports of the UE Member States which gives a great competitive advantage for transport companies participating in a secure supply chain within the Road Feeder Service (RFS) service.

With the Avsec.pl agreement in hand, our client are not limited anymore to the goods transport within one air freight forwarder and they have an opportunity to load additional cargo with the SPX status without breaking a secure supply chain.

Avsec.pl is a supervisor over the personnel transporting identifiable air cargo, meaning a backgroud check pursuant to the point 11.1.3 (b) of the Commission Implementing Regulation (UE) no. 2015/1998 dated 5 November 2015 establishing detailed measures in order to implement basic regulations in common for civil aviation security.

Abovementioned background check pursuant to the legal regulations include:

• identification of a person on the basis of the documents confirming the identity,

• criminal records in all the residence states including at least 5 preceding years,

• employment, education and all the intervals including at least 5 preceding years .
