The Aviation Law imposes high penalties – up to PLN 60,000 for failure to comply with its obligations. With the Avsec  platform, you are protected in the event of an inspection by the Civil Aviation Authority.

The Avsec platform enables remote supervision of all formal processes related to civil aviation security resting on your company, i.e.

• Program to protect against acts of unlawful interference – updated in case of significant changes.
• Risk analysis – by the end of each year.
• Schedule and implementation of auditing activities in the field of aviation security – by the end of each year.
• Report on the inspection activities carried out by 30 January each year.
• Checking employees’ past –  extended once a year, basic every 3 years. Possibility of access and continuous control over employees’ documents, i.e. KRK, survey checking the past, confirmation of the security manager about the admission of a given person to perform duties related to civil aviation security.
• Reports and documentation of internal compliance control – continuous implementation, document storage two years back.
• Training in the field of civil aviation security – depending on the category – once in 3 years.
• Maintenance of the Security Manager’s rights – access to classified information, implementation of training in the protection of classified information, the possibility of using the system of storing the information in question on an outsourcing basis.
